What is our Price Match Promise?
If you feel that you can achieve better value elsewhere, then please tell us about it. We will then try to match or beat what you have been offered.
Before you place your order, contact us by Email or Live Chat and provide evidence of the competitor's price. We will check your price match evidence and endeavour to provide you with a quote within 1 working day. Feel free to call us on 01261 838282 with any queries.
The competitor's product must use the same printing process (i.e Digital or Litho), be the same specification and have a similar turnaround time (± 2 working days). Comparison price must be available for delivery at the time of requesting price.
It may not always be possible to price match and available at Printed Designs discretion.
Already placed an order?
If you find the same product cheaper with another supplier within 4 days of placing your order, we will try to price match and refund the difference. Contact us via Email or Live Chat with your job number and evidence of cheaper price.
What do we need to know?
- A link to the product on the competitor's website and/or a quote supplied by the competitor
- The required quantity
- The product requirements such as paper weight, size, finish
Terms & Conditions of Price Match
- In order to be price matched, the product must be identical, being the same specification such as paper weight, finish etc.
- The price match is for the product only, delivery charges are not included.
- The item must be in stock for delivery with a similar turnaround time (± 2 working days).
- The competitor must be based within Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City or Moray. Other areas at Printed Designs discretion.
- Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or promotion code.
- Excludes auction sites, private sellers and trade suppliers.
- Price match offers are made at the discretion of Printed Design.
